Favourite player PVA. They should give that lad more drugs, and not worry about a chod stiry like thia.
Now I'm not his biggest fan, as I think he's poor defensively, but to be fair to PVA I could see why a young lad would see him as his favourite player. He bombs down the wing, chips in with goals and grafts his pods off. Don't think it's that far of a stretch, personally.
Role models should be allowed time off to be themselves, not who the fans think they are or who the club wants them to be. They should all be allowed some downtime. If they aren't, that's usually around the time they go stir crazy and let rip. They live in a pressure cooker world. You gotta let the steam out sometime.
I agree, but it's such a fine line isn't it? For what it's worth, it doesn't bother me in the slightest. Just trying to offer another point of view.
It is a fine line mate, and there are cameras everywhere. But it was only a shisha-pipe. He wasn't injecting. Dear god, where's the perspective these days? Privacy is so important to me. Trying to find a house at the minute that offers total privacy in a small village, I'm gonna end up paying through the bloody nose. And I'm just Joe Public. These guys live under the scrutiny of every phone camera and slr camera around them, just waiting for them to **** up. If I was PVA and I'd seen the camera lens, I'd end up shoving that camera where only his Colonoscopist would ever get to see.
Reckon he's hard done to here and is getting a non story aired because Moyes and the club are expected to condemn him. What a load of rubbish though, he's had a wee smoke of filtered weak baccy smoke on his holidays and hasn't broadcast it to the world saying this is the way to live has he? Boils my piss this kind of thing where it's all about appearance and trial by social media when nowt's happened and it's nee ones business anyway. Bit random but leaving work a few weeks ago and maybe 2000 folk watching, photographing and filming a poor guy about to jump in the middle of Edinburgh like it was some kind of entertainment. That's disgusting and worthy of condemnation not this non event. Nothing in the papers about folk setting examples and morality etc of that though!
He's a real danger in attack, he's already got us five goals which is good going for us. Just needs Moyes to improve him in defending and he's one of the best LBs in the league outside of the top five or six. He's already improved a lot in the time we've had him.
I'm hoping he reaches that magic level where he's slightly too good for us but not quite good enough for the big boys to be seriously interested so he never goes anywhere. Same for M'Vila if/when he comes.
Sorry lads but you lot are just not playing ball here did you not realise that the sun has informed the world that we are raging about PVA "Fan fury after Dutchman becomes the latest Premier League star to be caught up in shisha controversy" and According to a source, he walked into the bar alone and sat with friends and continued to smoke shisha for around an hour before leaving, just days before the opening game of the season at Manchester City. The source told the Sun: “Being a lifelong Sunderland supporter, it was a poor sight to see. Patrick didn’t seem to be showing fans he was serious about this season. It looked like he was prioritising his lavish lifestyle over gearing up for a big match against City.” Yer right ya bunch of murdoch c**k suckers
