Harsh ( but true) First home game I ever went to at CR (having lived in Devon, London and Essex for ages) was a 4 - 4 draw vs Southampton, and Rosario got the goal of the season during that game.
I was just round the corner doing overtime on Saturday afternoon in the IT dept at Boulton and Paul when that match was on. Prior to the Internet (and not allowed radio at work) I didn't know the result until I got home but what I do remember from that afternoon is the volume and frequency of noise coming from the stadium. Knew it had been a high scoring game.
I think the tactic is to post so many times eg. I bet we get pumped by Burton Should be an easy victory Saturday I could see this being a draw Then after the match no matter what happens you can post. "I said that would happen earlier ". Tried and tested 20/20 hindsight.
It was a light hearted comment on how everyone was on a high after beating a team 2nd in the Premiership to then lose to little Burton would be typical. Try not to crack your face.
They don't do lighthearted on here pal it's puns or stroppy drawn out squabbles ending in threats of flouncing off.
I'm quite optimistic about today's result ..... unless we concede an early goal and then they'll just 'park the bus!!!'
Personally I think we will either win draw or lose.......... all bases covered unless abandoned match lol
Well, I'm now prepared to 'cut AN a bit of slack' after the last few performances and will give him till the end of January!!!
I'm edging back towards the fence. I think on the bases of our current position AN deserves more time, but our performances are a concern and I'm still not convinced of AN's ability to learn from experience, adjust tactics and get the best from our players.
