St. Petersburg by the Leningrad Cowboys has a rather nifty little guitar solo in it. A superb band and vastly underrated although they do tend to extract the urine with their cover versions.
Saw Free at the Bay Hotel on their first ever visit to Sunderland, great live band from day one, think Fraser and Kossoff were only about 17 at the time. There was only about 50 people in that night, last time I saw them at the Locarno there was hundreds turned away.
I had The Killers opening riffs of When You Were Young as my ringtone. Great song. Until I dove into the pool 5 days ago with it in my pocket. Now it just buzzes. Every once in a while.
