So let me get this right. According to this Board - not you specifically Cromer - our Board is useless, our CE is useless, our Manager doesn't know what he is doing, our Academy doesn't work, our transfer policy is flawed etc etc etc. However did we we end up in the automatic promotion places having won 7 and lost only one of 10 games with the best crop of players, under the age of 23, in our history?
How can you possibly compile a "Ten stars of the future" list from this week's cup games...and omit Josh?? http://www.telegraph.co.uk/football...-future-10-stand-out-performances-from-the-t/
CEO is useless (so far) I'll give you that one. Has he actually done anything yet? And the transfer policy / scouting network could be improved immensely, I believe. If UK players are out of our financial reach, which it seems most are (and it can only get worse!) more time, money and effort should be spent looking at European potential My opinion and mine alone.
Simples, he plays for Norwich not a PL club, ergo he does not exist in the eyes of the national press. Bah!
If McNally farted he put it on twitter. In the end it contributed to his demise. Moxey is obviously different but that does not mean he is doing nothing. Silence is golden until matters have been concluded is really the sign of a good CE. As far as our transfer/scouting policy is concerned I would mention that many of out best youngsters were bought - often from under the noses of bigger Clubs. I can only only repeat my main point - how could we end up in our current promising position if nobody at Carrow Road knows what they are doing?
well, yeah, shame the idiots got their way and chased DM out of town. think we'll regret that one for a long time...
Ferry enough I think you maybe right there. I would rather see them playing for us than AN spending half the proceeds of their sail. Bah!
Several clubs have watching / tracking them, but if they are to leave, I'd rudder see them at somewhere like hull (Sorry!)
You can only beat what's put in front of you, I expect Huddersfield to drop points this weekend and for City to be sitting top of the league by 5:00PM Saturday
I think you should stare at your navel in shame at that punnery horror show, surely this thread is all set to keel over if there is just one more pun! If they are to leave I could see them sinking or swimming depending on whether they get out of their depth. At the ChelSea I could see them being loaned out, but at SwanSea they would probably be subs! Bah!
True, but just because we beat what was in front of us last week, it doesn't mean we're going to beat whats in front of us next week. I think the time to get confident is when we're top having played 3 teams in the top 6 rather than 3 teams in the relegation zone.
Priceless General. You should be put in Dry Dock for that alliteration of puns!!!! Edit - Strong words from AN - “The point I’m making is ‘do you think we’re going to let them run out of contract at the end of the season?" "Don’t imagine. It’s a fact. We won’t.” and I'm sure we'll hear something fairly soon.
