It's as predicted. Everyone goes on about the trophy haul etc but surely the latest year is always more relevant.

At least it was for some of the wums regarding Klopp? Apparently not for Jose...

I predicted if it came right they would win the league based on the supposed non existent (according to moanyfans) tight defensive or negative set up with big skillfull forward. If...if..Mourinho had really come out of the paranoid delusion that it's always someone else's fault...

It seems, so far that's still his mindset..even United fans have to admit that his first team choices and where he's playing them are bizarre. To then blame it publicly on a young player when ok they made an error but it had nothing to do with the overall clueless and lethargic performance of the entire team.

If he's such a tactical mastermind...why are his players looking so damn confused?

Now, if this continues and he thinks he has to actually build a team I think he'll engineer a similar situation as at Chelsea...suddenly it'll be "not everyone wants him" "the players don't listen" etc.

They should win easily tonight though so that might create a little bounce back.

I've said all along that he's just a big kid. He's good, but not as good as he thinks he is and he's fine when things are going well for him but reacts in a very immature way when they don't.
I really didn't want him to leave the Chavs when they went into free-fall because I was genuinely interested to see if he had the ability to turn round a difficult situation.
When he joined Utd I said on here that I thought he could be their greatest liability if things don't go according to plan.
    We'll see....

I suppose we will. You are right though it is an unanswered question and one that would have been fascinating to see the answer to.

Emre Mor, Bartra, Dembele, Gotze, Schuerrle, Guerreiro and Rode have all scored goals for Dortmund so far, they've scored 17 goals in their last 3 games. All these players put together cost less than Pobga alone. #fraud

For many years now he's been a #notactics #chequebook manager.

Going to one of the richest clubs in the league and spending more than any other manager in the history of the game is statistically always going to get you some success. If there is competition from other teams who can do similar and you need some actual coaching and strategy then he's ****ed.

Just because they can't see it coming doesn't mean it isn't. They also didn't anticipate Moyes being useless, Van Gaal being even worse, and now Mourinho so far even worse still.

I note that the loud mouth who was all preseason and first two weeks of this season on about how klopp over trains players and was bound to have an injury crisis has shut up.

Raymond Verheijen, (former Wales assistant manager) was making hay telling all that would listen that klopp was too intense in preseason had too many game and was bound to have players broken...yet... hmmm silence now we are running further, working harder and playing better than we have in 7 years. could it be klopp was right and the hack that was just a bullshitter had no clue?

Like ok we've had a few but if we look at the injury table right now Klopp has dealt with firmino, coutinho and others properly and not played them if they are not right. The difference between ings and lucas and can who all missed preseason in different ways and they guys who got a full one is stark.

right now really we only have gomez on the injury list we know of for a long standing issue. while other clubs like everton or sundelrand have lots of injuries... bangs, knocks, pulls, strains etc. A lot of that is luck but i just think klopp knows what he wants and when to push players and so far he's had it easy enough with one game a week to manage it in too... so... the mouth piece needs to be highlighted and all mouth and stupid IMO.

Plus AFAIK Gomez isn't actually injured but is being allowed an extended fitness programme and his own "pre-season" before being considered?

3 of those were linked to us... dortmund hoovered up every top young talent going.

    (mor, dembele, guerrerio)

They will have some team in the next 2 years if they all play.

Bartra and schuerrle not so much.. but again both prob linked to us.

We are "making do" with the players klopp could get... imagine this system and effort with all the players he might have wanted eh?

so he'll stay longer than van gaal then in your opinion?

moeny invested won't be hard i suppose. he's already past van gaal by 10 mil on 142mil or something. van gaal spent 132 and moyes a paltry 67mil on two players (these are net figures btw)

If anything Van gaal did it on a shoe string <whistle> has the club not bought di maria without telling him why... he'd be a cheap date.

I think gross it was 250mil for van gaal and 150 mil so far for mourinho

This is probably true but we are not sure as he has a reaction and had his time stretched out a bit.

I think ojo declared after a scan he is in training so i could have left him and salho on they in recuperation category too. in reality i suppose all these guys are in their own preseason with der meister herr Kornmayer

Don't write off Everton, they are still in the FA cup. They have more chance of concentrating on the league. Top four not beyond them, and maybe they can do Leicester.:emoticon-0148-yes:.

IMO Mourinho has about 2 years, assuming he doesn't generate another court case for abusing staff. Probably sacked late in his 2nd season or early in his 3rd season.

He is crap at actual football management. His only benefit over Van Gaal and Moyes is being a personality who can attract big name players (they still have to overpay but at least get a meeting).

He isn't even good at managing egos though - already proved he's too weak to do the obvious and necessary thing of dropping Rooney.
