Stanstead to Bergamo. You can get a train from Bergamo to city centre easily and much cheaper than taxi.

Right just tried to sign into online account as I haven't used it for ages ( usually purchase by phone or in person) and it's not letting me log in at all saying to contact the club. Ticket office opens at 9 doesn't it? Worried now
I had that when I tried to become a member over the summer. Had to phone the club and they saw that a box had been ticked 'not able to access online', they just unticked it there and then and I could use it fine.
I've decided I'm definitely going to attempt to purchase a ticket tomorrow. I will feel bad if it ends up as an empty seat but there are times to be selfish and this is one of them. I've missed both big occasions (Cardiff & JPt) in my lifetime for one reason or another and wouldn't forgive myself if I didn't try my best for this. When there's a will there's a way and I'll get a bloody coach if i have to.

Well tickets are online only so you won't have thousands to compete with getting through over the phone
There were 2000 tickets left before this morning, before the extra 3700. So 5700 tickets before open to season ticket holders. I doubt they're below 3000 yet, I'd say there's a good few thousand members but there's no way they'll all be going. I think you stand a good chance!
