    Either that or Peter Crouch, Carlton Cole, Jermaine Defoe, Shane Long, John Carew or Gabriel Obertan .. Defoe aside that's a fairly scary line up

    I think that this could be looked at in one of two ways:-

    1. He's actually pretty good, but Barcelona are trying to raise as much money as possible, so as to be able to increase their offer, for Fabargas, to a level acceptable to Arsenal. It's no disgrace that he can't break into the best first team in club football.

    2. He is another Xisco. Good on paper, and on CM, but crap on grass.

    We should be getting the kid on loan with the option to buy, similar to Ben Arfa.

    Hes got a **** load of talent, but he might not fit us very well. Like Guiseppe Rossi. Remember him? £30mil hes worth nowadays.

    For Chelsea they're buying him for 5m (i think), option to buy back after 1 year is 10m, after 2 is 15m, so could be a good way of making some money

    To be fair, when you have players like David Villa, Pedro and Messi in the mix, it ain't much of a negative to say that you've never had one first-team appearance.
