You don't have a clue what your best side is either.. you change your preffered line up every 24 hours..

But at least he is consistent in the fact if we lose one or two games he wants the manager out. You can sense in this thread alone he's brewing up to "Johnson out" thread.
Be funny if we lose tomorrow and he slags LJ off, but yet 6 months ago he was saying Pearson is the best manager since slice bread. So he can't complain otherwise he's hypocritical <laugh>

Common ROD you would have been creaming your pants if Pearson was named.
For the record I loved GJ and I think LJ is doing a good job at present, time will tell how well though.

Not really because I've not rated him. Yes he got Leicester up but Phil Brown got Hull up but look at him now? Hollowhead got Blackpool and by luck Palarse up but he's a pundit now probably because others don't want him. So no I would not of been creaming my pants as you say.

LJ hasn't been the main reason for our defeats so far. His selections have been ok - as has his formations.
Even Redprintt said he was not at fault for the SW defeat.

Ekstrand is not match fit, according to his boss
And it seems most have short memories when so many slagged Fielding off during his trophy winning season

100% agree with you regards the mistakes at Rotherham, and Wednesday, both players issues.

Will LJ have the bottle to change the team,we will know at 2:00pm today.

Or will he have the bottle to keep it the same (more or less) and ignore impatient fans who would risk destroying the team ethos and individuals confidence just because of a couple bad halves in 2 away games.

This article seems to suggest that we were battered by Derby and they should have been out of sight. They only have a small paragraph about Wilbs's equaliser - the main article is mostly about how good Derby were:

However, the Sky video highlights would suggest that THEY (Derby) were the lucky ones in the second half - who took that shot which hit the bar? Tomlin? Amazing if that had scored it would have been a contender for goal of the season - we could have nicked all 3 points at the end.

I think if Derby had been more clinical in front of goal they could have been out of sight, but it was otherwise a fairly even game with few chances. Horrible error by Flint who did look mighty relieved when we scored. We were well worthy of a point- Yet another team caught out by their own time wasting tactics. No sympathy for them there-
Ref was poor again but not the worst we have had this season

For those who were not there - City pushed on trying for the equaliser - we had Wilbraham, Abraham, Patterson, Tomlin, Reid & Freeman on the pitch - Aden went up front - the full backs were playing as wingers. They caught us on the break a few times and Frankie made some great saves.

The stats etc show these as chances (and they were), but there was a story behind it.

LJ and the players went for it and got a deserved equaliser.

Thank goodness my prophecy of doom did not transpire. If Derby had been more clinical in the first half they would have been out of sight but the spirit of our team kept us going, along with Frankie's heroics, for a well deserved point.

Ironic isn't it the Wednesday lost to a last minute goal at St Andrews. What goes around, comes around.

Why do refs ALWAYS wait till the 89th minute to book timewasters ?
Most teams, including City, waste time when they go a goal up, especially away.
I wish refs had the b*lls to start booking time wasters earlier.

Also once the keeper gets booked, most of them carry on time wasting - we need a ref to give a second yellow and send one off - that will put an end to it

I liked what a caller said, if a player gets booked for time wasting then an extra minute gets added on. Or possibly just 30 seconds for each warning. I would like to see that implemented I bet some would learn to stop it then.
Like Simon says book the goalie for time wasting but never have I seen them get sent off for a second offence even though they always carry on doing it.
