    A bunch of people on here tell me that you scout & sign new players, select the team & decide the tactics/substitutions etc. They're usually quick to criticise you when things aren't perfect, so I though I'd redress the balance & congratulate you on getting so much right in the last 2 matches. You've even got Monk doing more controlled interviews. A bonus! :D
