So Blind's defensive failures would have stuck out even more? Inconceivable.

Of course it was a red according to the rules but refs don't give a **** about that kind of thing any more.

Blind is in no way a CB but is better than anyone you have (Matip to be assessed), Aguero would have been much easier for Blind to handle <ok>

    Bullshit and just banter bravado.

Ignoring the obvious cb by excluding him cos you already know hes improved lfc.

Blind was awful today and you know it.

Plus the basic errors committed were nothing to do with who played.

Blind is garbage, can't believe Van Gaal didn't dump him, so Mourinho still keeping him on is a total #gift

Just posted "Guaranteed 3 points for you" on my mother in laws Facebook post. They're big Chelsea fans and at the game. Swansea got a penalty a couple minutes later then took the lead shortly after.

Cahill was fouled for their second goal, but it was very funny.

    Welcome to anything goes football

The only rule that still applies is a yellow for taking off your shirt (unless it would be a second yellow for an important player)

Ref was useless in that game. Chelsea's equalizer should have been disallowed for high kicking as Costa kicked the defender in the face when he scored. Should have been a second penalty for Swansea, but the ref bottled it. Hazard was last man when he brought the Swansea player down yet only gets a yellow.

I agree. There's been some very odd decisions this season so far. Chelsea and City seem to get the most, I wonder what the correlation is there?

I think the fact the player was running across the pitch and not toward goal made the decision correct.

Maybe. But if he'd got on the ball cleanly he had plenty of room to be one on one from the centre of the pitch.

Really, I always thought if you were the last man and committed a foul you were sent off, whether the player you bring down is running sideways or at the goal

What about the decision to send amat off after his 50th offence or that cahill got clearly fouled for their 2nd goal or the numerous handball shouts. Ref was pretty abysmal for both sides
