the one problem i see is if the sale goes tits up Cellino has signed the charge giving them (GFH) control over everything he wants to do <laugh>

this is the best possible result that i can see <whistle>

I suppose he might make more money if he could for instance buy both for £20 mill and it add more than that to the selling price of the club. Seems a bit unlikely to me because the club already seems over valued.

Yes, either Cellino or the new owners settle the GFH charge as part of the sale. This is the best outcome as then we are completely rid of GFH

Basically as things stand Cellino owns 100% of Leeds Utd. but cant wipe his own arse without GFH giving him permission <laugh>

We can speculate as much as want, and we probably will, but likely sale/investment on the cards. Strong rumors of 85% buy out leaving Cellino as minor shareholder and staying on as chairman. GFH get their wedge and new investors but back ER.

There is nothing stopping Cellino and GFH to have a 'memorandum of understanding'. Deal agreed for debenture at inflated price (£17m) Cellino buys back ER and doubles the value of the club. Cellino sells part or whole club and makes money, GFH happy as already had their uplift in profit via debenture.

Why dont you guys just let Cellino get on with his business and stop trying to second guess his every last move. Anyone would think some of you have experience of buying and selling football clubs worth millions ffs <yikes> Some of you only go to matches cos youre within walking distance of the ground

If he sells the club and someone else owns ER and TA. they have him by the cobblers.

My point has always been that whoever owns ER and TA is not prepared to sell because the more successful the club the tighter the grip on his cobblers.

On ER you are incorrect. We have an ongoing and legally binding agreement to buy the ground for a laid down fee.
TA would be a different matter but as its not an ideal site and is in a prime area for housing I don't see any advantage in buying it. Why not relocate to a new site? Would be cheaper and more fit for purpose.
