I seem to think there was a fire ( not sure it was lit) but there were a lot of fires in grounds back then . The youth of today would be shocked at what went on at grounds all over the country every week compared to today's sanitised atmospheres.
The clown(s) you refer to is actually the one who is currently in charge of our once great club - the biggest numpty we've had at Leeds since we were (re) formed back in 1919, one who uses the club as his personal current account in order to fund his lifestyle. The pressure needs to be sustained, otherwise this totally unpredictable guy could start to think fans actually like him and hang on to his (?) investment that much longer. If he gets an offer he can't refuse I think he will/should sell up; and, if I was wealthy enough to buy LUFC, I would certainly not be put off (in these particular circumstances) by TTGM in the slightest.
4 offers on the table, ones been changed after DD was compete and threw up a few oddities (shock horror) down to cellino now. Source-TOMA WACCOE
So it's bollocks then? Evening BTW. On Friday I have a long lunch followed by the rest of the day in the pub planned.
Ridsdale was the original clown that started the demise of this great club, Bates was just as bad except that he was trying to finish the club off because he hated us. I doubt a few postcards are going make him (Cellino)shake in his boots. He'll sell up if and when he wants. I do agree with WJ that these actions could actually work against the postcard senders and make Cellino stay longer. I'm in no way a Cellino supporter, but I find some of these stunts embarrassing(even though they are done with good intentions). That's just my opinion though..
This poster seems pretty in the know and reckons its weeks away rather than months. But could well be bullocks couldn't it! Friday sounds mint, just the way I like to start and sometimes finish the weekend!
Evening Bucks, I'm always worried when I see BLUE in the name of a pub. Hope they do some nice ales. Funny both of you talking about beer, there I was thinking it was a booze free night for me. Then the MOT decides she wants a few drinks, so it's off to the offy for me........
