Ha, interesting to hear even the more positive members here don't tust Puel's system! I would rather the system finally started to prove me wrong than be proved right, personally. Maybe Puel will shock us and choose a more solid formation on his own though?

We play the diamond we lose 3-0. Play 4-2-3-1; we lose 1-0 or sneak a 0-0 draw. Difficult to see where the goals will come from for us.
Trying to be positive but until we play 2 dedicated CDM's we will always struggle to defend in the PL. Especially away against teams with firepower.
If Puel attempts to play this daft diamond formation with two up front, we will get completely over run in midfield and well beaten 3-0 or 4-0. Hopefully someone will have a word in Puels ear to pack out midfield but not hopeful he will adapt
Not too optimistic really, I'll go for 0 - 2 with goals from VVD and a Tadic Penalty. Diamond formation will be vindicated and Puel pronounced as genius...possibly.

Not watching MOTD is your positive spin, I take it Godders. Bloody programme does my head in. A decent game would be good. Arsenal are such a difficult team to call, but they should beat us comfortably. Looking to get the season kick started with that run of home games and less diamonds. So knowing Saints, we'll coast this 3-0.
