Is Robert Snodgrass the first City player to score an international hat trick?

 

Whilst still playing for us?

 

Yeah-when playing for City-I was wondering if Theo Whitmore got one for Jamaica?

Ay-I've been wracking my brain today.I thought of Stuart Elliott too but can't remember anyone getting three

 

Stan Mortenson scored 3 hatricks for England in 1947/48 unfortunately some 8 years or so before he joined us.He also played a match for Wales!!

 

When did Snodgers score an atrick

 

Someone must be pulling your leg, Scotland would have to be playing someone like Malta to even contemplate them scoring 3 in a game, let alone one player scoring 3.

 

Abel scored a hat-trick playing for City and he's an international.

That is what you mean't .....right?

 

I was thinking Abel, but he scored a hat trick for Uruguay just before he signed.

 

I didn't know that I was just being a knob.

Abel scored four for Uruguay against Tahiti but that was still in his Palermo days.

 

Alan Jarvis. Well he was the only international we had when I first saw City play and he played in 3 games (only ever) for wales on the bounce. He never scored but just shows how far we have come in last 10 years.

 

He is good and he's bloody underrated.

Always baffles me when people post teams which don't include him. Or suggest putting Elmo on his wing and playing him somewhere else.
