3 5 1 1 line up ?

Just looking at our squad and was wondering if moyes is thinking along these lines

Pickford
Kone papy denayer
Maqu. Van
Ndong Kirch rodders

Jan
Defoe

Or something similar maybe khazri in for rodders then play 3/5 4 3

Anyone else got thoughts on this

 

Maqu and van as wing backs not holding mids as it looks

 

Kirchoff's well out of place and we don't have the personnel at centre back to do it for me.

 

Just can't see denayer coming and sitting on bench that's why I was thinking it

 

Think he'll get plenty of game time but playing three leaves us with nothing on the bench to cover injuries.

 

I'd still rather go with 4 at the back and if our full backs push up when we are attacking, then Kirchhoff can drop into centre back and push Kone and Djib wide of him to cover the counter attack.

Denayer is going to be our main defender in January. Kone and Djib are away to the ACON.

 

Chuffed if Kirch is fit for next Monday, O Shea is fit. I see Ndong playing behind defoe and the new striker (forgot his name !) I like 4-4-2. Who is Jan by the way ?

Djilobodji isn't a regular for Senegal so you may get lucky, Kone will probably get selected off the back of his value soaring the past few months.

Be a bit of a ****ter if he's selected just to go and sit on the bench though, losing your best centre half for a month, for essentially nowt.
