    Limato a non runner and favourite obliges in the last to land scoop 6 placepot for me, decent return on my lucky 63 so am happy with today

    Backing the sand rats at Wolvy is not really my cup of tea but Master Gunner shoud be hard to beat in 6.20 and will carry my hard earned at 9/4.

    Easy as you like. 9/4 winner at Dunstall Park pays the same as 9/4 winner at Royal Ascot.

    Thanks lads.I'll throw one more dart with Swift Mover in the next even though it's drifted out a wee bit.Trappy enough race so will go Ew 6s,be happy with a place.

    Nice little 15 minute segment on Bob Champion and Aldaniti on Sky Sports 3 right now. Few nice segments they are showing throughout the evening.

    Some really good winners today and a Scoop6 er whoop whoop!!

    Was away all day running a marathon so backing a couple of "sandrats" 820 Watersmeet 850 Stonecold Soba

    a loser at Wolverhampton costs me as much as a loser at Royal Ascot <laugh>

    3hrs 44m today STH 10 minute improvement on my PB.

    Regarding fitness not bad for a 45 yr old on tramadol! Just finished my donner kebab treat!

    Fair play gaz!I love my football so try to get 2/3 games of astro turf a week-I'm football fit but wouldn't last five mins in a marathon!off out for a few beers now so enjoy your night lads and hopefully we can find a winner or two tomo<cheers>
