We watched the first half hour last night, neither of us even smiled never mind laughed, before deciding to turn it off.

I watched Land of the Lost with Will Ferrell - ****ing funny film considering its a 12/family film.

 

I watched Apocalypto on the BBC I-player last night, thought it was ****ing great!!

That film is ****ing terrible. I laughed once I think, just Will Ferrell gurning for an hour and a half. Zack and Miri was ****e too.

I thought it was pretty funny Venom.

If Will Ferrell wasn't playing the role I'm not sure it would have been so good & they obviously wanted Seth Rogan to play the other guy but couldn't affod him!!

Will Ferrell has had starring roles in only two films that I thought were funny. Anchorman and Old School, all his other films are pretty terrible with funny bits in them. People may disagree but I think his films are too samey, he thinks shouting is funny too. Not funny, just very annoying.

I've not seen too many of his films & only picked it as it looked like the best of a bad bunch that I could watch with the kid one night, perhaps I was just thinking it would be terrible & I was slightly surprised that is was ok & have now gone a bit ott.

 

I'll actually give you that one but only because I have the horn for Zooey Deschanel

 

Any of you seen stranger than fiction? I bought it for £3 because Ferrell was in it and my god, the worst ****ing movie I have seen. Well in saying that it's not, but it's certainly up there with the worst.
