The more Danny Murphy goes on Talksport the more of their terrible shock jock habits he picks up.
He has gone from being a bit interesting to a no it all mouthy git...and he ain't even witty or stupid with it so he doesn't give you a laugh.
Can watch him on BBC in a few minutes

Yep, if it wasn't already obvious, we've Willian'd Everton (providing deal does go trhough!).

Does it really matter to us how much Spurs pay for a player? I for one think Sissoko is worth a punt and is the type of player Spurs need. To me, it matters not a jot how much he cost. All I care about is whether the fax machine is working OK cos time is a ticking.
As long as we can afford it then I have bo problem and agree with you.
We now can put out a double hard midfield if we want too!

So assuming Sissoko goes through, we're currently looking like:

Chadli - £13m
Ry - £13m
Pritch - £8m
Yedlin - £5m
Loans fees of Fazio and Nabs (supposedly £1m for Faz, £500k for Nabs).

Roughly just under £40m.

Janssen - £17m
Wanyama - £11m
Nkoudou - £11m
Sissoko - £30m ( :emoticon-0107-sweatat the fee!)

Roughly £69m.

So we've spent £29m this summer give or take a few mil either side if fees aren't entirely correct. Not bad when looking at it like that, though it's still hard to swallow the Sissoko fee.

If it does happen we do have the added bonus of pissing on Everton a bit, who look good and could be one of our rivals this season.
Someone mentioned it earlier but thought I'd reiterate.

Sometimes a players worth can be calculated in more ways than just the fee. Certainly Chelsea seem to think that's the case with their hoarding

Remember a few months ago how Axel Witsel was habitually linked with us?

He was set to join Juventus for £17m - only Zenit pulled the Marseillesiest of Marseilleses and pull the plug with less than half an hour to go before the window shuts, even though Witsel's got less than a year on his contract.

It's the first time that I've wanted one of these ridiculous deadline day deals to fall through.
If we pay £30m for Sissoko, then I'll be bloody fuming. Totally not worth it and his attitude last season was appalling.

Is it too late to bin Sissoko and jump in for another Belgian?
