They prevent new deals being done but deals already in place can't be broken just because FIFA change the rules. Any old 3rd party ownerships still remain
They have never been allowed in England but its very common abroad Only cases in this country of 3rd party ownership is when West Ham signed Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano. At the time the Premier League was told West Ham owned the players but its since came out they was owned by the agent hence why West Ham had to pay a fine of £5.5M fine and nearly £20M in compensation to Sheffield United QPR also was charged over Alejandro Faurlin You have to buy the player 100% to complete the transfer in this country
Burnley have now agreed a deal with Rennes to sign winger Kamil Grosicki, who is to undergo a medical.
I think Proud has muddled his words, causing confusion. Slimani's ex-agent is owed 20% of any transfer fee. A clause in his Islam's contract I assume. He doesn't own any naming rights or anything like that. Therefore if we buy Slimani for '15m' and pay '45m' for Adrien then Sporting only owe the agent 3m as apposed to 6m should we 'pay' the actual price of 30m for Slimani and 30m for Adrien.
After the "Rojo" case & his views on TPO I'd have been surprised if Sporting's President signed any others with TPO.
Sean Taylor @seantaylorpress 9m9 minutes ago #Scunthorpe have agreed a fee with Lincoln for striker Jonny Margetts. Should go through shortly #sufc #iron #imps Interesting one, one of our ex-youth players joining Scunny.
That's odd, they could've had him on a free as he was on trial there, he only signed for Lincoln in the Summer.
Cardiff City are closing in on a deal to sign West Brom striker Rickie Lambert on a season-long loan.
Yes, that is why I said an interesting one, he seems to have been around the houses. Though he scored 4 for Lincoln I believe recently, so maybe that made ears prick up.
