    Aye but how do you know what contract he has signed? He may have signed up to having no power except training and picking the team. Its not like he was sitting with the trump cards when we got him. He was on the managerial scrap heap unable to get a job. Tough place to be and it can take a long time to get back in. He may have just signed up under any terms. Think of it from his point of view. You can't get a job in football, and then out of the blue you're offered the chance to manage a PL side. The only catch is its a ****ty contract both in monetary and responsibility terms. You'd take it, we all would.

    It's just been on SSN and I was quite happy with what Pards was saying, said that Twitter is getting out of control and players shouldn't mention the club at all. Hoping to bring in another one or two but not looking for replacement for Barton, wouldn't comment on transfer targets. Enrique should start against Fiorentina on sat.

    Barton looks like he's doing a bit of a U-turn then, hopefully he'll apologise to the squad and manager and get on with it. Come on Joey man, give us all a break, we've ****ing earned it.

    Apparently there's 5 year contract offers from top clubs and figures of 60/70k on the table. Apparently some of the clubs interested are Fiorentina, Lyon and Hamburg.... :emoticon-0107-sweat
