Yes, really. I can't name any of their players apart from Josh King for obvious reasons. Doesn't stop them being a better team than us though. On Saturday we effectively lost our attacking threat when Snodgrass hit the goal post. It meant we used our only senior attacking sub, Maloney, to replace one of our best players. The alternative when Hernandez went off was Maguire or one of the under 21s. A big risk to put on a young, inexperienced attacker, which Phelan didn't take. I don't think he can be blamed for that. We defended well against one of the best teams in the League. I would say, if we get some more attacking options, we are well placed for a good season and hopefully survival. City have always performed well against top opposition so Saturday wasn't that much of a surprise. We'll see how well Phelan does in October and November when we play the teams we expect to be around at the end of the season.
