I don't think £10m for Hendrick is that bad. His probable real value is £7-8m, we're known as being desperate and there's less than 3 days to the end of the window. Prices are bound to go up.

 

And clubs know the PL is awash with TV money

 

I agree. I'd prefer him to Mason I think, just.

 

They were only quoted as wanting £7m.

I hate reference to 'number 10' or 'number nine' roles. Nobody ever said "oh he's better in the classic number 3 role".

 

Sorry. Mason apparently plays his best football in an advanced midfield role behind the striker. So it would be interesting to see where we use him if he and Henriksson aren't competing for the same spot in the team.

Henrikson, Hendrick and Mason all mentioned, one of them isn't going to happen if the current expectation is 4 signings and Marshall is almost in the building. A striker must be one of the signings (in addition to Will Keane if the rumour is true?) and thats assuming no one is leaving. Personally believe we need a right full back on loan until the January window

With Livermore, Hudd, Clucas, Meyler we hardly need to strengthen there if we have a shortage of cash and more importantly time. When we're crying out for strengthening in other areas.
