Think Phelan may ask Clucas to man-mark Pogba like he did the Icelander last week. Though he had a quitter game than against Leicester, but then realised it was because of the role he was given.
You don't work with Steve Bruce for a couple of years without picking up some of his mannerisms and patterns of speech, that's for sure.

That makes me all the more delighted that I'll be watching their channel without paying for it. ****ing ****rats.
I would look at the outside chance being a win, being really optimistic, so not impossible. And the draw possibility as simply being positive about the game, you've got to think in any home game you can get something. Even if under the lesser tactical situation of us just parking the bus and Jak being in great form (hopefully we'll do better than that). On the comments in general about Phelan, some of it will be the players just being happy with someone they know. I'm sure we heard positive comments from the players about Bruce in the past, yet they still didn't seem to play for him sometimes. Hopefully the players attitude at the start of this season will continue. Perhaps with Bruce some just lost confidence in his tactical ability. Phelan has been great with his tactics so far, though new tests will come as the season goes on.
He looks to have matured a lot recently. He looked about 12 when he signed, now he can even grow a beard.
it will be the biggest challenge of his career, the lad has come up all these divisions and has done himself proud
