Not heard anything about American's so I would suggest not. Money has been fronted for transfers up to £30m. You can be confident in that because we are agreeing fees with multiple players such as Mason.
If money is there we need to be getting some deals across the line. Even if we pay slightly more on wages for one, just as a sign of confidence to others coming.

I would love it, love it. For Sunderland to be relegated this year. A team with no ambition who cling on for dear life, make up the numbers all season and turn it on for a few games at the end of the season and make the great escape. Defoe being the difference between them and relegation.
