Our defence looked back to its old self against Palace and Walker in particular had a superb game. Liverpool by contrast look shambolic at the back and probably won't have time now to sign a new defender and bring them up to speed in time for the weekend. Having said that, we have a thoroughly miserable record at Anfield and always seem to struggle there. I would be quite happy with 2 wins, 2 draws from our opening 4 games. Given the absentees through suspension and injury, that would be a pretty decent return and would have us 5 points better off than the same stage last season. EDIT: just seen that the game is not at Anfield In that case, 3 wins and a draw or we riot. 2-1 Alli Kane
Beating Liverpool will really make a statement I think. Whilst the hype around them has died down after the Burnley result/performance they are highly tipped this year. Getting a good win over them will make people think more seriously about us. Just got to go out and actually do it now.
