    In other news come 2018 and UEFA are bending over to the big countries,4 teams from England,Italy,Germany and Spain automatically qualify for CL,a european super league by proxy if you like.The likes of Dundalk and to a lesser extend Celtic/Rangers may never get a sniff again.

    About 5 clubs would have a chance of winning it, the rest would be Lithuanian/Scottish/Maltese/etc... fighting over ****all.

    Champions League = Quarter Finals of the actual Champs League after the riff-raff have been knocked out.

    But it's still not a champions league ..

    Current champions league is ****e n boring ... Nearly Same 8 each season!!

    If the rich super clubs want to close entry to it , it needs a rebrand ... Play each other as many times as they want.

    Then have a separate competition for actual champions not part of the super clubs like Scotland , Holland , Portugal , Belgium turkey , Poland , Scandinavia etc

    Then Europa league
