    100%. In a work environment I'm confident I can convince anyone of anything. If you say it in the right manner nobody ever questions.

    For context, I must've delivered said course 50 times. Not once has anyone questioned that 'FACT'.

    We are delighted by today’s news from the Hull Daily Mail that a deal to buy Hull City has been agreed between the Allams and the prospective new owners the Dai family.

    We note that the takeover has not been formally completed and remains subject to the new owners passing the Premier League’s ‘Fit and Proper Persons’ test. However this appears to be a formality.

    We look forward to welcoming the Dai family to Hull City AFC.
