Are you really as stupid as you make out on this forum? What is disrespectful about City fans singing City Til I Die? A song sung for a long time before in any case. City is our name. Presumably expressing a desire for the name of your club note to be changed for spurious reasonsis disrespectful in your increasingly strange world. What is confrontational about someone supporting a club named City singing a song with the word City in it? Other than to any idiots who think everyone should have doffed their caps and said "It's your club, master, do what you want " in their best deferential, tones. Anyone who thinks the situation got to where it is now because of that song really is clueless.
Yes - I just happen to strongly disagree with you over this. I thought this was a forum for people to express opinions - but it seems that if you don't ritually abuse everything Allam then you are an Allam apologist & subject to childish abuse. Only anti-Allam opinions are allowed on here it would seem!
The name chosen was that if a song sung for years by City fans. How is that confrontational? Except to a complete idiot. What should the group have called itself? We don't mind what were called as it's your club and you can do what you want? Actually the silent majority could have broken their silence and sang that to prove the supposed large support for Assam's name change stupidity.
You're entitled to your opinion, but at least keep it accurate, at the moment you're swaying between lies and complete nonsense.
I don't agree with all that you say, but I think you make a valid point there. No doubt the replies will be along the lines of above, or claims that 'it's all been discussed', but it does seem to be the trend that anyone not hurling abuse at the Allams gets a bundles of abuse on here, when a proper discussion could lead to alternative ways of dealing with problems.
The Allams, or at least Assem, deserve our thanks for saving the club. But pointing out that someone who says their was confrontation on both sides, singing City Til I Die was disrespectful, objectingbto the name change was controversial or that it was both sides responsible for the current situation, is talking nonsense is not giving them bundles of abuse. It is merely pointing out their stupidity.
He's just about out the building, so it hardly matters what anyone thinks now, but I'll challenge those who try to rewrite history.
I see you lot are still wasting your time with that complete and utter piece of ****. I've not kept up with this thread for a couple days, has there been any movement since they name changed to reich sports management or whatever it is?
Doesn'the that depend on how it's presented and whether or not some of our huge negatives are switched to positives? I suppose it's far easier to be negative, rather than constructive. And certainly not all, I could have sworn I had seen other likers of the badge, including you.
You can only challenge it with your own version, and that's not cast in stone. You only have your own experience to draw from, and others differ. A line needs to be drawn so we can move into a new era with more unity and learn from the mistakes of the recent past. Fans need to be listened to by each other, so that the new owners and any reps can know we feel.
