Yes the defending is a bit poor and the goal keepers were **** but...... I love the way he likes to shoot first time, very rarely takes a touch, let's the ball run on and shoots. All good coaches say don't let the keeper get set, shoot on sight..... Some lovely finishes also.....
Looks strong on the ball...good control. And he's either very quick off the mark or several of those goals were offside. Nice agility at 3.55. Should combine well with Abel.
Good attributes... Though will be highly dependant on good service! Exactly the sort of player we need if we're a goal up to make sure we don't just sit deep and wait for an equaliser.
If snoddy and hudds can pop those through balls to him he could do some damage to even the best defences....
As already reported above. According to his Wikipedia page he's a Hull City AFC larker... Somebody's either on the ball or very wrong..
Always good to see new additions to the squad but is anybody else a little underwhelmed? I also cant see where this guy is going to fit into our first 11? Phelan would be mad to go to a 4-4-2 with the way the lads are playing.. unless he's going to move Hernandez out wide on the right? Im hoping we sign a "blow your socks off" player before the window ends... we need it.
Apologies if this has been posted...... Hull daily fail reporting that Abel has been offered A bumper new contract to keep him at hull city. If this is true and that's an IF, as it is being reported By those useless ****ers, makes you think, has all This Abel to villa etc rumour agent organised.... Or is that the cynic in me talking.......
Exactly my first opinion when I saw him, he is very instinctive and gets around the pitch well (pops up in range of positions), hopefully what is on YouTube is a taste of his full abilities and not his best bits over last few years
I can see the £15m (my guess) from the sale of AH sliding into Ehabs back pocket and using the £4.5m from Diame being spent on Nicolic. Why would all the rumours be centred round buying a forward before any cover for the defence?
Anyone can edit Wikipedia. At different times Martinez and Bradley were our manager according to Wikipedia.
They were... you just missed it. Martinez questioned the transfer budget on his first day and was sacked immediately, then Bradley turned up on day one not wearing a tie so the search began again.
