Hiya, thinking of taking my 20 month old to a game, does anyone know if she needs her own ticket (she will be sitting on my lap) and i'm a pass holder Cheers, Nick
Worth checking, and common sense and decency would suggest she'd be free but I'd assume the Allams will want to charge her top whack. Apparently, there have been cases of adults pretending to be toddlers previously, even going to extent of sitting on other adults' laps just to get in free.
i read that story , he even took to Sucking on his mate "Trevs'" nipple , in a bid to convince the stewards , sadly Trev was unable to lactate Happily both are now married and live in Peterborough
She could make our bench at that age. I'd think about ear plugs or muffs for your daughter - might be quite loud for a 20 month old.
It's not worth it mate. Not just cos I hate kids but it is really too young. You can't watch the game at all.
I took my eldest lad to his first game when he was three. When we scored, the noise just made him cry. Subsequent attempts failed miserably once he had eaten all his sweets.
They pay - my old man wanted to take his 10 week old granddaughter next week but they wanted £30 for the pleasure.
I took my lad (who is three next week) to the Leicester game and foolishly paid for him. Plenty of seats he could have sat on next to me without paying. When the teams came out he announced he wanted to go home but we stuck it out and made the final whistle. He says he wants to go again and we will probably go to the Southampton game as the times work well for naps and the drive home to West Yorkshire. He has been to a game before. When he was 16 months old we went to Man Citeh away with all the inlaws who are Citeh pass holders. He slept through the second half and didn't even wake when they equalised in the 90th minute. 2 city matches and no defeats. You can but try although I was well aware we could have been going home 30mins in. Luckily the goal helped keep his attention.
I took my lad lad when he was about three and he wanted to leave at half time. A month or two later, he asked if he could come again and was happy to stay all game. A few more games over the next couple of months and he knew the players names and all the rules. He's had a pass since was six.
