Nothing against Valencia, he deserves credit, he's running his heart out and doing his best but surely Mourinho can see he's going to get found out as the season goes on.

 

I saw them in pre season and they will struggle. They lack an attacking edge.

Valencia hasn't looked so confident and positive since Fergie retired.

 

They will going forward but their defence is still pretty tight. That's a decent back 4 and Van Dijk would be shoe in for my MOTM atm.

 

How was Fellaini first half? Only watched the 2nd and he looks much more confident too alongside Pogba?

 

He's not a RB tbf. He can "do a job" but he's going to struggle against the better sides.

 

I was complimenting him. He's not a right back but Jose seems to have raised his confidence as a defender and he's gone back to just pegging it forwards and banging in a cross when attacking. Moyes and LVG had him cutting back and passing to the goalkeeper at every opportunity.

That team would still get wiped out by Barcelona. Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Sevilla, Atletico, Borussia, Juventus, and maybe Athletic Bilbao.

I hate to say this but virtually every counter-attack gets broken down by Rooney. It's ****ing frustrating tbh
