Leeds make the short distance down the M1 to face the Wendies in the first Yorkshire derby of the season.

Wednesday suffered a humiliating 3-1 away defeat to Burton Albion at the weekend, whilst Leeds picked up their first point........

Hope to be wrong, but I expect us to get proper humped in this one.
Hopefully not a repeat of a couple of years ago though!!!!!

To make matters worse, I also think Huddersfield will do a number on us the week after.
Their fast aggressive style will rip our feeble and scared midfield to bits. Got to agree with someone else here, our first win will be against Bristol City.

Morning all.. It took us how long to secure Bridcutt? I hope he makes the difference and proves to be the cog that turns the rest.

I believed it was the failure to capture Bridcutt that took us back to 4-4-2 now Diacouraga has been told he can go I'm not so sure.

Including the cup game we have had 4 games to get the fitness levels up, no doubt about it, Fulham sounded unlucky. I can hope for a win but can't see it. I just hope we play better as a team.

Things need to start slowly getting better or I'll jump off the fence.

Morning all. I fully expect us to beat the Wendies & for Bridcutt to be the difference. We are getting there, albeit slower than we would like. But 10 new signings since last season take time to gel. So watch us improve week on week.

I hope things start to settle down soon as players are coming and going. Feel for Murphy as he has so much potential but has been unable to show it that often. Hope we recovery much of the £1m we paid for him. Dave well Dave is Dave bye bye.

Rumors starting about Balotelli signing for Wolves as plenty of relationships involved, Zenga and Balotelli's agent as well. He would either be shyte in this league or be golden boot stuff that gets his career back on track.

New signings for us also seems to be moving with the Swede from Torino at CB as well as a new left back, Get me a new striker and we could do some damage. Talent isn't all you need to be a good footy player, as we've seen with Mowatt, Wood, Murphy, Dave, Dawson, Parker ...... need left tit too.

The new LB Verboom.. His club are saying Leeds are stalling after agreeing terms, last night Elland posted a reply from Cellino when questioned about him.. "never heard of him"...

Now Cellino knows how the rest of us feel when we have to wiki the majority of our signings

    morning all

I'll happy go for a win. Hopefully the Wendies confidence will be down. Nobody likes being beaten by a pub team like Burton.

If Dave and Murphy have been told to move a long does this mean we are getting more midfielders in before the end of the window. Are we getting Osman?

Let's just see what happens with the Verboom situation cos we've been chasing a LB all summer.

Wendies have been poor since the pathetic behaviour of that unprofessional nob Forestieri ... so glad we didn't sign him, seems Cellino was (through clenched teeth) correct when saying he had the wrong mentality when deciding against signing him ... Wendies clearly disrupted, we need to take advantage of their unhappy dressing room and give them a right drubbing, it will damage their confidence even further ... come on Leeds!!!

A bit of genuine competition at CB. So who does Monk play at CB.... sorry who does Monk play with Jannson..... er sorry, which Captain does Monk play with Jannson, Cooper or Bamba? Me, I think I'd start with Bamba. But not an easy choice

Can't see him dropping Bartley myself, as for Cooper or Bamba... I don't think Bamba should ever wear a Leeds shirt again.

I don't want anything bad to happen to him, would just like to hear we have sold or allowed him to move on for free. I would have rather saved on his wages and kept one of the other two we are releasing.
