Depends on what they would do with his finances.
I'm sure if the worst happened and he was sent down (like Birmingham's previous owner) then his holding company would run the club.
If they don't seize any of his assets, then there shouldn't be any major problems with the day to day running of our club.

His arrest warrant is only valid for if he enters Brazil... which he clearly wont.

Having read the report, it sounds like a local ticket vendor has had their nose put out of joint and has had a bit of sway with the local police, who are trying to protect their locals.. I have no doubt that his company flouts the laws, or certainly pushes the limits (i.e. trying to sell to non European customers, as per their licensing agreement) but I can't see there being any mileage in this at all. This isn't his first rodeo and this sort of story has cropped up before, only to fizzle out. The fact that the company is opening advertising hospitality and tickets on their website would imply this is a storm in a teacup

To be honest the way our club has been run into the ground over the past few years it wouldn't make a blind bit of difference if he still owned us or not!
Be careful what you wish for,I'm not his biggest fan but the Club might have been in an even worse predicament without his "loans".
