What a fine, childish reaction from a moderator, you can stop the beatings now, you've achieved your agenda, I am happily relieved of my moderation duties!
You just need to rid yourself of that sense of entitlement that fans of relegated clubs seem to have...
Dave is being an arse here if you ask me all we ask is that the board bid realistic prices for transfer targets, the fact that we have started this campaign with just one recognised striker beggars belief. Last week against a side who I predict will be playing third tier football next season glossed over this. To be honest if we had a manager with any balls he would have come out and slated his employers for their failing to back him IMO
Why is this going so sour!? It was a sh*t performance, but it's 2 games in and we have 4 points. Wednesday were always going to be tricky. It's disappointing we looked so crap on Sky yet again. But I don't see the point of melt downs and fall outs!
Huh? We just have higher aspirations for our football club and don't want to be languishing in this ****ing Godforsaken **** division for 15 years unlike some
And that is all I was saying, before I got ripped apart...for what? Is it lame when Naismith is your 'best bet' to play up front for half an hour? Maybe I should start a poll?
On the bright side we played sh!t, BUT still didn't lose or concede a goal to one of our main competitors. Last season we would have lost that game.
Welly's a good lad, and I know one or two on here have agreed with his comments about the 'sense of entitlement' that some feel. I don't have that sense, but when you've been in and out of the top league, it's not unreasonable to want some more, is it?
Well, I'm glad I was out last night and unable to join in on the debate. Overall, I'm pleased with a point against a team that could well be in or around the top 10 places come next May, but disappointed we didn't pick up all 3. Wednesday defended well and obviously had a plan to nullify Wes and it worked well, as time after time, he tried to beat one man too many. AN wasn't helped by injuries to Olsson and Ruddy, so effectively leaving him with one sub and so when CJ got injured, he brought Mulumbu on to try and hold on for a point which we did. After goals from Snoddy and Redmond, I quite expected Hooper to do the same, but after his abject performance yesterday, we're well rid of him. In summary, I'm hoping for an improved performance on Tuesday and I'd like to see Wes dropped to the bench and Pritchard given a chance, with Canos coming on as sub. I'm certain we can bounce back!!!
I also thought Brady was absolute poo and based on yesterday's performance if we're offered anywhere near £20M we should bite their bloody hands off !
Too much negativity in my opinion. The teams who are setting the pace are not going to be there at the end of the season, and who would not have taken four points from our first two fixtures? Wednesday were play off competitors last season and obviously have higher aspirations this time round. I can't imagine what would be being said had we lost to Fulham and Huddersfield.
