If he is a success we should be a success and maybe, just maybe we can then attract better players going forward, and not have the farce of these transfer windows. This is a ray of sunshine amongst a world of **** for us

Or play Borini or Khazri behind Defoe.

Another body in, a talented one at that. Back up or first team. A worthwhile addition for the year that adds some depth.

    I'm thinking...

    ------------------- Defoe ----------------

    Januzaj ------- Khazri ------- Borini

I think Januzaj will start on the bench though and have to force his way into the team.

I've got to be positive about this loan given the lack of activity in the market so far. Not wishing to look too far ahead we need to peel one potato at a time and ensure we are not battling against relegation this season. Then build on some success next time around.

Happy we have another player in, hope he now does his talking on the pitch like Kone should have done.

A good signing as long Moyes can sort the lad's head out and get him firing on all cylinders!

If we get the lad who burst onto the scene at united under moyes a couple of years ago this could be a great signing. It all seems to have gone wrong for him since then though and he appears to have gone backwards. We just need to hope that moyes can build the lad back up and get him linking up with borini, khazri and defoe, that attack could be lethal.

Let's look at the facts here.

IF he turns it on, he's your best player. You will get a lot of good out of him, he's a proven match winner, he turns them draws into wins and he raises the profile of your club, that's the best case scenario. Will you buy him in the end? That'll be down to how much money you have and how his agent works out board.

If he turns out to be ****, you send him back and you save a hell of a lot of money.

My suggestion is just enjoy it, fans are not supposed to be embroiled in finances and ****, just get behind the kid and if you get the good Adnan then you'll all have some great times watching your club this season, which is an improvement on most recent seasons apart from the last 4 games.

One final note, having him on loan is probably a lot better than watching a team like West Brom having him on loan for the same deal.

By the sounds of it he won't be going back to you lot after the loan is up as well so it puts us in a good position to sign him on a permanent if it works out. If we can afford him, I guess the season determines that.

Hope this leads to Khazri being played down the middle. His stats as a central attacking mid make me purr.

I like the idea of this future line up:

    ..................Manone................
    Mcnair..Kone....Kaboul....PVA
    ..............Mvila..Kirchoff..........
    Borini..........Khazri.....Januzaj
    ..................Defoe....................

I think that is a side that could win a lot of games. Solid but creative and with plenty of pace.

Where do you see his best position mate? From what (admittedly little) I've seen of him, he's too slow to be really effrctive as a winger, and not creative enough to be a decent CAM?

    Not sure where he fits...?
