The watford forum is in meltdown already saying , they expect nothing , players injured, no real improvement from the squad that finished last season and are all expecting a Saints win.
I think we are nicely solidified now....but with the potential to become pure jelly if a player squints or says anything that suggests he wouldn't sacrifice his first born for the club.
I hope you all have a fantastic time at the game - must admit I'm a little jealous of the Farmhouse meeting - looking forward to the photos!
The T Shirt they were shooting into the crowd last season made a very good duster. You could have worn it if you wanted to walk about like some hard up pauper who can't afford a proper printed T Shirt and has to wear cheap advertising one instead.
Not sure if this has been posted, but relatively interesting regards Puel's high praise of our Redmond. Hope he has a flyer tomorrow. http://www.espnfc.co.uk/club/southa...isons-show-puel-is-building-up-saints-redmond
Made for me then. Mind you it would need to be xxl and with my catching ability on par with the England cricket team today seems unlikely to happen. So glad it's back to watching real football after the Euros and transfer market nonsense. I have that excited feeling just tempered by the little touch of dread I still can't shake off as a long term Saints supporter. But mainly just can't wait for that surge of anticipation and pride I get as the team walk out onto the pitch.
They obviously haven't heard that our squad is worse than last season, we have a nobody as a manager and a new formation which leaves us exposed down the flanks, through the middle, over the top and round the back!
Not sure if anyone has posted this. 2011/12 season - over two games 7-0 to us Lambert with 5 goals. 3 Pens.I love Rickie
