Just can't understand how we manage to get nearly every transfer window totally wrong. The common denominator has to be Short so yes Bri I am coming round to your way of thinking, I've defended him and the club in the past but this is becoming indefensible.
You know we're in **** state when we have to find worse ran clubs to save us some grace. Gone are the days of aspiring to be ran well like your Southamptons and what not. Now it just so long as we're not as badly ran as another shambles. Our standards and ambition are really being ground down.
This damage was done last Summer and Winter window. Yes we've plucked out 2 or three gems, but their wasn't enough in terms of numbers and quality. We're left with a paper thin squad which couldn't cope with a manager change and looks weak as piss going into the new season. Lesson's aren't being learnt. Groundhog season continue. I'll judge this window when it's closed but it looks like we're going to encounter the same problem next season. If of course we can stay up.

Completley chilled out. Currently in Devon having a cracking week away with my family. This morning we had a guided visit to the Beer Quarry Mines; a historic guide to how they quarried Beer stone. That stone was used to build many of our well known cathedrals and other historic buildings around our great nation The many stories, some very emotional, told by the guide put football in perspective
