I don't get why someone who has the money refuse to buy?
Is dis-respectable to the fans who premium for their tickets more than any other club to not invest money they pay on players .. instead AW want to give it owners pockets in dividend

Does put our owners in a pretty good light tbh. Coming into this transfer window both Utd and Arsenal had about £160m in the bank. We have spent £150m of ours on players, Arsenal have spent £40m.

Once again the Emirates becomes the place where ambition goes to die

When you stay in an organisation or a club for a very long time, you start identifying yourself as part of the ownership. It is like the club is now his. He does not want to spend unless he has to. He is worried about wasting millions on a dud.

The likes of Mourinho or Guardiola couldn't care less. If they want a player then the club will get him. Why should they be bothered how much he'll cost?

He's spot on when he says their comments are "not ethical". I'd go as far as to say hypocritical and blinkered considering how much each has spent.

Nothing new there then - Wenger's been a hypocrite as long as he's been in management. His constant bleating about every tackle on his players, combined with his ability to "not see the incident" whenever one of his players was booked or sent off has proven that many times over.

In fairness, Klopp wasn't complaining as much about the size of the fee as the fact that he can't spend that much. He's openly said he would spend that much money if he could, shame he's joined a club which can't afford it.

What I find is a piss-take with Wenger is that he's spent a lifetime fuelling the market by selling players for ridiculous sums going all the way back to Anelka. Then has the gaul to criticise what's happening to player prices and the current market. And now he's spending large sums on the likes of Ozil and Sanchez he needs to tell the rest of us where the line is between spending the right amount?

Watch his two part interview on the United web site Matth, no bullshit about a dream come true or working hard for the fans, just a young man who seems genuinely happy to be home.

Seeing so many rival fans and pundits annoyed about us signing Paul Pogba, makes the signing that much.
