Would love to know when the last time a newly promoted team to the Premier League lost just one game at home all season. Very optimistic!
6 points off Man U, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, Aston Villa and Spurs equals 36 points. 1 point off each of the little clubs and we are sorted.

at home aber im very confident that we will win most of them, its the away games i struggle to find many points, im hoping we will get lucky and get some wins away, there will be times when we will lose games that we should have won and games we were well beaten on the day but win. football is all about taking your opportunities and how the officials perform on the day. after all its 11 v 11 with some players in each side better on the day, We must go into every game as if we are playing real madrid or man utd and not the lesser so called teams like norwich or qpr, treat every match as if we are better than everyone we play, dont let the so called big teams intimidate us that the players go into the game expecting to lose, i want us to go into every game expecting to win, success breeds success and that will happen if the players believe in themselves, i think Brendan is the manager for the job to install belief in all the players and we will win and draw more than we will lose this season......If we approach the season like i suggest...
ah bugger it 1 Arsenal 1 0 2 Aston Villa 3 0 3 Blackburn 3 1 4 Bolton 3 1 5 Chelsea 0 0 6 Everton 3 0 7 Fulham 3 1 8 Liverpool 1 0 9 Man City 0 0 10 Man Utd 0 0 11 Newcastle 3 0 12 Norwich 3 1 13 QPR 3 1 14 Stoke 1 0 15 Sunderland 3 0 17 Tottenham 1 0 18 West Brom 3 3 19 Wigan 3 0 20 Wolves 3 3 51 points, love to see it

The thread is called who will "WE" get points off this season, so either you can't read or you've managed to get confused about what team you support.
Afternoon All, In the words of many a radio phone in caller - "Long time reader - first time poster" - figured id join in Arsenal - 1 1 - The dual clash in styles will cancel each other out and end up getting a point from each Aston Villa 3 0 - The loss of Young and Downing is going to hurt them badly Blackburn 3 3 - They were struggling last season and think they will again, this is one of the teams we have to be beating to stay up Bolton 0 0 - Maybe contraversial but using arsenal as our most similar team in the premier they always struggled against Bolton and I think we will too Chelsea 0 0 - As long as we give a good account of ourselves then ill be happy with whatever the result Everton 0 1 - If we played them early id say 4 points but we dont - the rumblings about David Moyes and whether hes going to take much more about having no money just makes me think we'll sneak a point off them away Fulham 3 0 - Under Martin Jol I think they be mid table so a home win would be a good return Liverpool 0 1 - My heart says 3 points for a home win but my head says they'll beat us twice so ill go for a point! Man City 0 3 - Got to say three points away as I've already put my 50p on an away win! Man Utd 0 0 - Champions again for me this season and cant see any points off them unless the home game concides with a European fixture and fergie rotates his squad Newcastle - 3 0 two seasons ago we were unlucky to drop 2 points at home against them - this season we're better and they have gone backwards, the joey barton saga just shows what the drama is like up there Norwich - 3 1 4 points a minimum here - bought a few players in but still reckon we'll get 4 minimum QPR - 0 3 bit of an enigma for me - they havent really splashed any cash but they were still the best team last season (Table never lies) Stoke - 1 1 this game will show whether all the chat about can joey and leon step up to the physicality of the premiership - 2 draws says yes they can for me Sunderland 3 0 they've bought an entire first 11 havent they? The long trip to south wales gives us the 3 points and vice versa Tottenham 0 0 Spurs are my tip to sneak back into the top 4 again (At the expense of Arsenal) so will be tough to beat West Brom 3 3 Not heard much about West Brom this off season but think we'll do the double over them Wigan 3 3 Sorry Roberto, no happy homecoming I'm afraid - favourites for me to get relegated (Thus leaving us as the eighth team answer to "Which premier league clubs have never been relegated from it") Wolves 3 1 Another 4 points minimum as I think they'll be in and around relegation this season 50 points Feel free to shoot down my reasons - was very difficult to divide my opinion from my heart and head!
Some very fair points. I think my predictions were more what I hoped would happen than what I think will happen...
If I posted what I hoped would happen it would have been 114 points and throwing Arsenal's invincible tag out the window If Carlsberg did football seasons eh................
