Agree with this, although tbh 90% of it isn't anything to do with what Mourinho does or says, it's all to do with the media obsession. Add that to the existing obsession with all things Utd and it is pretty tedious. Take the Schweinsteiger thing. New manager decides player who failed to perform last season isn't in his long term plans and drops him to reserves. When Klopp did that with Balotelli at Liverpool no one blinked. When Koeman did it with Mane in January no one cared. When Black did it to Agbonlahor everyone went 'so what'. When Mourinho did it with Schweinsteiger at Utd the media went ****ing nuts. I only hope they will all calm down once the season starts, because it will be boring as hell if the media keep banging on about everything Mourinho does or says for the next year.
Can't be any worse than last season and I'll watch regardless. Football would be ****ed without loyal fans like you!
Liverpool were a very functional team that were the best at grinding out wins. Very Mourinho like. They were also masters of the back pass. They certainly weren't the most entertaining team around but their success is the reason why most of you are Liverpool fans.
The 87-88 team was arguably the most entertaining team , in top division, in recent history. You by denying this just show yourself to be a poor Wum. Usually when Mourinho spouts off to get media attention it is to distract the media from something else. It could be a poor team performance, whichever team he is in charge of, or because there is some other scandal/event at the club. He also does it to stir matters at clubs his team are about to play. Basically he is an arse in the same mould as Fergie, he just does not have the power Fergies had at the FA.
