    Good Morning Everyone,

Not long to go before kick off, how do we think it is going to go?

A few of us were talking about Ms Ward and her claim against LUFC last night, so I thought I would we could kick off with it this morning.

Firstky I would like to say that I am in no way defending how Lucy Ward was treated by Cellino, and LUFC. They bullied her out of a job, and she deserved her compensation.

I have a problem that Ward and Redders got together in the first club.

Its a football club, not a dating site. Within the confounds of any football club, walls have ears. Bearing in mind how quickly rumours can spread on social media, was it right to start a relationship , or should they be allowed to do what they want?

Does it put the club in a difficult position that one was the Manager, the other had the complete run of the offices?

When Redders left, did the other have to go?

Bearing in mind the average lifespan of a Championship Manager is only circa 2 years, was it always going to end in tears?

Are we going to see any signings today???

Morning all... 15 years ago I was in a relationship going nowhere, I had a fling with someone at work who I married and we have been married 14 years now.

These things happen, Redders and Ward are still together so they fell in love at work, I can't see a problem in that.

The likes of Byram, Cook and Taylor wanting to leave are not one problem they are many and as Cellino is the decision maker behind most of the "many" he has to take blame.

If we challenge this season he can take the credit, the club can only progress through the decisions made at the top. Right coaches, infrastructure, signings, wages, facilities......

Back to tomorrow and the season ahead, I'm probably more hopefull now than I have been in 6 years, we are stronger this time around no doubt about it. It doesn't mean I believe we will win promotion but I believe we will win more games and score more goals and concede fewer.

I won't forgive Cellino for past errors or how he treated Evans and others who have since left and I believe he will make more errors and when he does I will jump on them.

For now fingers crossed for a good show tomorrow. Supporting the team on the pitch is not supporting and agreeing with Cellino <ok>

I can't express an opinion because it upsets a never go plastic. But you are 100% wrong above.

Regarding Ward and Redders, can't really stop relationships happening within the workplace, it can, and does happen everywhere.

Was Ward bullied out of her position after Redders left, I don't believe she was. I think after Redders left, and under the circumstances he left, the writing was on wall for all to see as to what might, could and would happen; while walls have ears, so does Redders.

Redders showed his true colours by signing up to Bates Radio station as far as I'm concerned.

Ward, according to articles I read got very close to the academy boys, even at young ages. Apparently she'd contact them after hours and weekends, had that been at school there would've been plenty of questions and rumours flying around, not to mention a possible investigation. These kids also had parents and probably brothers and sisters.

I think it's inevitable that Ward would've passed information onto Redders, and he'd probably use anything interesting to his advantage, as he's now signed with Bates radio station, I think it was a good move by Cellino and money well spent.

I wouldn't be surprised if both Ward and Redders are involved in some of the ex academy boys leaving.

    I personally wouldn't trust either of'em.

    Morning all

The most common place to find your 'partner' is in the work place.

On to the season ahead.... yeah I gotta agree with Ristac this squad is the strongest I've seen it in a while. There's more people coming in as well. We might actually be signing up to the end of the window.

    Hopefully Bridcutt might sign today?

Morning troops. Agree with others, we may have lost some talent, but I think overall this is the strongest we've been for a while. Hope Taylor stays. But if he doesn't he'll miss out on us at least getting to the play offs this season

You're all very positve which although is surprising I just can't see it. If we had boosted are defense more then possibly. But but with the way it is now I suspect mid table.

Slinging some mud there LL. Ever heard suggestions of anything untoward? She was a maternal/big sister type figure for the boys... My understanding is that's what made her so popular with them. Sad times when a caring, supportive attitude, leaves you open to raised eyebrows.

Of course if you have evidence to the contrary that's a different matter...

Nice one Boggers - that made me chuckle <cheers>
You've obviously already started smoking your **** if you think the freebies, League 2 players and loan signings you've made will leapfrog you over the 12 teams that finished above you last season <laugh>

Ward is still very close to many of our kids and most think of her as a second mum. So obviously these kids will not like what Cellino did to her and it could help to make up their minds to leave. I have seen many of the tweets eminating from her to the kids and I can understand the upset.

Redders may have been a second dad to the kids but to be frank the man left home. Yes he got the top job but was shyte and lost it for being shyte. he wasnt treated badly by Cellino as he offered him his old job back with the kids. Redders waited right until the last minute before telling Cellino to fark off. To me that's dad saying fook you kids I'm off. So Redders and Ward can go bollocks as they are only in it for cash. Facts are Redders went to Rotherham and was shyte there too so now we have to put up with him slagging off Monk and the players, you treacherous shyte.

If we surprise everyone and look like we may do something this season, Charlie Taylor will not leave. Antonnson says his intention is to scare chamionship defenders and score goals, lets back him and hope he does. Roofe will scare defenders and I hope he is good enough for the step up in class, but he does have form and knows Wood from past days at WBA. Grimes could be as good as Cooke, Sakho another who could scare defenders, Hernandez for me is our most outstanding recruit and will probably be up there as one of the best players in this division.

Positive head for a month at least.

Bridcutt, a decent centre half, a decent replacement for taylor (for now or January) and I see us as a reasonable shout at top half. Any side with a shout at top half, has a chance of playoffs, it will be an open league as usual.

If we don't get those signings, then mid table obscurity likely beckons.

Some cause for optimism though, as we look like we have a few more attacking options this year, so hopefully the football is a little more entertaining.

Have you got any proof for what you are inferring there?
its one thing to call a convicted fraudster a crook quite another to suggest without proof or evidence somebody is a nonce.
It might even be actionable? Go steady!

Time will tell TC. Whatever happens and wherever we finish, we will still end up a full league ahead of the 'Wall come the end of the season.

Always nice to hear the opinions of the lower league clubs, although we have to bare in mind the reason your in the lower leagues is because you are more often than not wrong about everything football related.<laugh> not long ago you were celebrating promotion after 3 games when top and relegation at the seasons end.<whistle>

Shes a world champion and as such is constantly tested. She made a couple of out of competition tests booboos. These were not all tests by the way. 1) She missed. 2) she didnt miss as it wasnt a test it was a visit to see her, but the guy who she had as her contact for them left the job and she was at a different place, simple mistake. 3) She missed a test for personal reasons that have her tearfull even now.

I think as usual our media love to knock our heros down after building her up. we dont have so many world champions that we can abuse them. Our cycling in the UK is the cleanest in the world as can be seen by Hoy, Wiggins, Froome and many many more. She would not get past the UK cycling brass which is stricter than UKDope. She will always have a cloud hanging over her now which is a shame. She's a top Yorkshire girl

Christine Orohugo should also be banned for the same thing.

She missed a couple of tests. Not bright. But has she ever actually failed a test? If she hasn't, be careful what you write Chippy. The laws of Libel stretch to sites like this as well as more well known sites
