True. Hull City need to go out with the attitude of Iceland. Nobody gave Iceland a prayer in that game either.
Our strength could be the Foxes contempt for our chances and ability.

Win the game, and show the owners up in the process, send a message like 'we will win for the fans regardless of you' to the Allams

Lots of chanting and posturing maybe, but come next Saturday nothing more than a token gesture will happen inside the Stadium, such is the apathy in Hull.

    Hope I'm wrong like.

I reckon old man Allam is - he won't want to be slagged off in front of the sky cameras

I am told the stadium looks quite good when viewed from a sitting position on the pitch.

And I reckon if a handful sit in the centre circle handcuffing themselves to each other a large portion of the crowd will boo.
I don't think there is half as much ill feeling towards the Allams amongst the fans who will attend as many on here and other forums think.

Disagree with your last statement - I think every Hull City supporter has had enough of the Allams

    Granules or powder?

You don't strike me as a granules type of bloke so please don't take offence, just curious.

Anyone who thinks the rest of the PL, let alone the world, gives us any thought at all or who cares what happens to us is deluded.

We will be expected to get humped and no one will care.

Best chance is a mass vocal and visible (in the stands NOT on the pitch) protest that gets the commentators talking.

I'm not a massive gravy fan as it happens. I like it as word or compounded with other nouns.

    Gravy browning.

    Wavy Gravy

Gravy boat - they don't float by the way.

    Groovy Gravy

I've just had to think where groovy Gravy comes from. It's from a Jonny Clark poem - Spilt Beans.

The ring of fear – that’s the key
    To the anorexia housemaid’s knee
Who made groovy gravy oh mother of meat
Since we’ve wed all I do is eat
Too fat to **** – sorry about that
I got a scrotum fitted with a thermostat
Switch in the kitchen – giggle and scream
Don’t let me hear you – spilt beans.

Found a carton of gravy granules in the cupboard a few weeks ago that was years out of date. Thickened a Shepard's Pie with it. Tasted fine.

It's just flavoured starch whichever way you grind it.

    Well that's educational.

I shall be looking at some more of Mr Clarks works.

    Ta for the heads up.

You missed out the most obvious and most pertinent one ... GRAVY TRAIN! Come on, you're better than this.

First day of the season, there is probably a good chance we could give them a game. We will be good odds, 5-1 or better so I will have a pound on us. There is a very tenuous form guide to last season to when we beat them, Vardy and Mahrez played a significant part of that game and Kante will be missing again. Two fingers up to the Allams with a Hull City win against the odds

I've tried the gravy that Aldi do( Quixo) and it doesn't cut the mustard compared to Bisto.

On the other hand their mustard( Bramwell's) is as good as Colemans.

    IMO.

Our new center block will just trip him up as he goes by.
