Not even remotely bothered that tbh. Not sure why so many Utd fans are either - players do it all the time. Keane did the same thing when he held us to ransom for a world record salary back in 99, no one seems to give two ****s about that.

Can only assume it's either the wider media coverage of Rooney, and the rise of social media making it easy for every **** to have an opinion. Or could just the fact that he does just seem like someone people love to hate. Can't say I love him, but neither do I hate him.

Either way, as long as he continues to deliver on the pitch (and he does deliver more than most, despite what his haters love to try and claim) I'm happy to see him in a Utd shirt. Not particularly bothered about his testimonial tho'.

we passed the ball back many times tonight instead of trying to penetrate .. it was just not good enough from UTD ,tbh we need an extra push forward and I think Pogba is the one despite his ridiculous price tag.

 

Pogba will not open packed defences, that is why we have players like Miki, Martial, Herrera, Mata, Memphis and Lingard.
If you want to split a defence from deep then Carrick is your man, Pogba is not the answer to breaking teams down and will be good money wasted. The only possible reason for throwing stupid money at Pogba is to make some sort of statement that we can "compete" with Madrid for names.
