Not many clubs get this many bites of the Premier League cherry, yet we seem to see fit to bin it all so frivolously this time. Can't understand it. Despite everything, and I don't doubt their utter hatred of the fans, it surely makes sense to stay there as long as we can, keep the thing valuable. Have a ****ing go. But no.
I cannot see the Allams selling the club, I just think they are too egotistical. I can seriously see us in the same boat as Blackpool and charlton very soon heading for the conference or whatever it is called now. Lets just be glad that the team will have somewhere to play if it comes to this, the kc, which the Allams failed to get as their own. One victory that the council can rightly claim, regardless of their failings in other areas. Boycotts, red cards, throwing marine generators on the pitch or whatever, let's bring the b****ards down.
Classy as ever. Hull City sack first-team coach Keith Bertschin on team bus By Sami Mokbel for the Daily Mail23:15, 02 Aug 2016, updated 23:35, 02 Aug 2016 please log in to view this image Keith Bertschin was told his services are not needed ahead of Austria tour The 59-year-old turned up with luggage ahead of trip but was sacked Mike Phelan is in charge ahead of Gianfranco Zola's expected appointment Hull City's turbulent pre-season continued on Tuesday as first-team coach Keith Bertschin was unceremoniously sacked as he turned up to board the team bus. The promoted club have already seen former manager Steve Bruce walk away this summer, and Bertschin was told his services were no longer required when he arrived with his luggage ahead of the club’s pre-season trip to Austria. The former Norwich City striker, now 59, had worked with Bruce at Birmingham City, Wigan Athletic and Sunderland. Mike Phelan is in temporary charge at Hull, but Gianfranco Zola is now the favourite to take over from Bruce after the Welsh FA turned down the club’s approach to speak to their senior team manager, Chris Coleman. Zola, 50, has held talks with Tigers chiefs about replacing Bruce and discussions are understood to have progressed positively. The Chelsea legend wants assurances that he will have firm control over the club’s footballing operation as well as money to spend on the squad before the transfer window closes at the end of the month. But there is growing hope that an agreement can be reached in the next 48 hours, particularly after the Welsh FA rejected an approach from Hull to hold talks with Coleman. The Welsh FA statement read: ‘The Football Association of Wales can confirm that it has received an official approach from Hull City FC for the services of manager Chris Coleman. ‘Following discussions among leading figures within the association the approach has been rejected.’
If this story turns out to be true StevensonKieran, then it is just another typical c***ish way that Ehab operates.
Everyone was wishing Assem a speedy recovery when they found out he was ill. I wasn't, I hope he dies soon. I've lost family members to cancer but it makes no odds to me. Some ****s just deserve to die.

Assem's the same in this way. They're utterly obsessed with showing how powerful they are and one of their favourite ways of doing so is by sacking people, ideally without payoff. It smacks of an incredibly weak, paranoid mindset that they feel they have to constantly remind everyone that they're in charge like this. Pete Chapman disagrees with them and they think that makes him a total traitor so he's out the door. People are only just starting to see this now but they've done it from day one. They're absolutely disgusting the way they treat people.
I haven't been posting much lately, though I did write a few words a couple of weeks ago when Steve Bruce left. But like City supporters around the world I have been watching all this unfold with horror, incredulity and total disgust. I am still looking forward very much to my return to England in January next year when I will settle in Yorkshire. If the Allams are still around (and God only knows what that will mean for the club), I will be enthusiastically throwing myself in to the protest activities and lending whatever support I am able, to get rid of these utterly horrible people. P.S.... Don't be too hard on Voltaire, I don't think his ill considered comments are a true reflection of his character as much as his anger and it's easy to get carried away when we're all shouting together. Good luck to all of you involved in the protest at the first game. ALLAM'S OUT, ALLAM'S OUT, ALLAM'S OUT!
