Well don't hold back Phil, I can't think of anyone who could replace Huw right now, he's a fan of our club with a direct stake, now tell me who could replace him who is actually fan?
You have been a fan of the club and seen the changes these last 14 years, and you cannot think of one individual who could do a better job than Huw as head of recruitment? is that what your telling me? I have a number of individuals I think would do a far better job than Huw, and I think this subject should be given a new thread, and I'm sure you'll find many positive names being put forward by the Jacks..............
The funny thing was, was that i was about to post on her that the lack of news being reported about Ash on SSN transfer news made me sceptical that it was happening. That added to Ash denying it to a couple of people who spoke to him yesterday I thought it was the usual paper talk. Then lo and behold the SSN reporter starts bumping her gums about it.
I understand the club not pushing the boat out, but business is business, £15 to 20 Million would have been a good deal, this is a steel for the Toffees..........
By the way Jager there is an online pole in the EP, and 73% of the Jack Army disagree with you regarding Ash, so are we all wrong? you had better get your vote in on the 27%, could make the difference.......... I'm sure the club could find many replacements for Huw Jenkins "Financial " responsibilities and the get him the hell out of everyone else's responabilities where he doesn't know his arse from a hole in the ground . I think there could be a " New " position at the club for Curtis , he is obviously a well respected person within and outside the club . To me , Jenkin's has overstepped and he should be replaced and he can go work on investing his windfall ...just my opinion and it ain't going to change after watching him the past few seasons
"I appreciate what you say yankytaff yes Jenkins is a pawn in the game now, but well looked after. Jenkins has dithered in the transfer market for years, as supporters we go through hell every transfer window- his total reluctance to spend on good players is amazing , we only buy bargain bucket , yes we bought bony but couldn't wait to sell once his value went up- as fans we can't have our established players under threat of going year in year out without a suitable replacement coming in,, it's just the attitude that I question and the secrecy,, be honest if we are broke then admit it , then ask yourself why did the old board keep the supporters trust in the dark over the take over --- things are not right , we are being lied to- the players and supporters deserve more from our new chief exec-- he needs to grow a pair" - Ivorall/EP
Get this so called chief excecutive out of our club-you have basked in glory for too long- what in the name of God is the transfer policy of our board-we are already being tipped for relegation before a ball is kicked because of the transfer fiasco , who the hell will want to come to Swansea with this shower in charge. - Ivorall/EP Ivor's not happy? and rightly so to.............
"Shambles" Swansea City fans react to Ashley Williams' '£10m Everton move' Link: http://www.southwales-eveningpost.c...verton-move/story-29573732-detail/story.html?
Thank gawd for some good news with Gylfi. Now lets let Ash go with a tap on the arse and a 'cheers pal' and get some new blood in.
God bless ( hopefully Captain ) Siggy .....what a massive load off his signature is at this point in our football history No bench time for Siggy , like maybe there would have been if he left ....very soothing news indeed
