    I disagree. Almost every team who have played group stages (bar regulars) have dropped a few places in league. Don't see why we would be any different. Still an extra 6 games + travelling for 3 in an already crammed fixture period.

    They have appointed a very very good manager. Plus they've added Kante who will add a lot of protection to the defence.

    Don't buy the travelling being an issue. They travel in luxurious conditions where they can easily rest. For once I would like us to drop out of the League Cup early to ease fixture congestion.

    That's logical but there's also wishing ill on them and their horrible gloating plastic fans many of whom seem to come from places like Basingstoke and Fareham, and will desert them for the next flavour of the day if they were to get relegated.

    Many on here have a dislike for Liverpool and Spurs, so it makes a change to spread our dislike to other PL teams. It is mainly due to the arrogance of their fans who think they are superior to everyone else and look down on others, not so much through violence but just arrogant nationalistic chanting. I don't think any other PL club indulges in this, not even Manchester United or Liverpool fans.
