As a rule, if it's a rumour about something ****e happening (best player being injured beyond a season; best player being sold for a pittance; some **** trying to ride roughshod over the club's history etc.) then near enough inevitably - it'll turn out true. If, however, it's a rumour about something great, then near enough inevitably - it's false.

Not at all. Read what I put. I mentioned what was appearing on the hull city Facebook forum and at no point did I say I was confirming anything or in the know. If other people want to post rumours on other forums then they will. All I did was put a post on here to show what was being posted elsewhere. At no point did I say actually believe it but am just making people aware of the alledged rumour and asked if anyone knew any of the people posting and how credible they might be. If it's rubbish then so be it but it was not posted as a wind up. I was hoping OLM might know something and confirm or deny what's being said elsewhere.
