Bruce spent a fortune and we still got relegated, I'm sure he fully understood why some of that money needed to be recouped. We had a wage bill that far exceeded our wage bill last season, that obviously had to be funded.
Miff at a time like this I must insist that all your posts are accompanied by a picture of a nice pair of tits just to lighten the mood. When I say "tits" I DO NOT mean Assem and Ehab Allam as they are both ****s and that would not be appropriate on a family forum like this one. Thank you.
I unfortunately don't think we are considered rivals by those listed. If Leicester was football fantasy last season, Hull City remaining in the Premiership will be a mirrored story this.
I wish i had your optimism/naivety. A change of manager isn't going to magically make all our injured players fit again. Likewise, anyone that does come in will either be a has-been (warnock, mclaren etc) or a caretaker until the buyout can be renegotiated (if it ever does) which will make attracting any new personnel that bit harder. Yes we can try some youngsters but I'd have thought that if the youngsters were ready last season would have been a better test of their abilities. I'd love to see your kids excelling and i hope I'm wrong but i just can't see a stand out player to do it. As far as loans go, if we rely too heavily on borrowed players we risk losing them January if they get recalled to cover injuries at their parent clubs. Equally we could end up trying to sign them permanently and we'll pay way over the odds (£8mil for Livermore, i still think Levy had our pants down) for squad players. Someone please correct me but i believe we can only take 2 loans from Premier League clubs which means we're then gambling on foreign loans to adapt to the league too The fact remains, we have a threadbare squad and no one coming in to shore it up. A new manager will have very little impact. In short, you can't polish a turd.
We've no fit players!!! Ffs! A new manager will not fix everything. Jesus wept. I've been reading and occasionally commenting on here for years and always thought people were a bit harsh to you but you really are clueless.
ah there are 3 weeks till the start of the season and then the window doesnt close for a few weeks after that. in the words of Cpl. Jones "Dont Panic!"
Dont be facetious, of course we can put out an XI, but it won't be competitive and we might struggle for subs. Also, yes there's time to sign players but if we havent signed anyone yet what makes you think we'll address the issues in the squad by the time we play Leicester?
i can never quite understand why some of the nice and uniquely female bits of women are used as insults. i assume too there are women who can never quite understand why what they presumably think are nice and uniquely male bits of men get used as insults. or bottoms, which are common to all genders.
nous naʊs/ noun noun: nous 1. Britishinformal common sense; practical intelligence. "if he had any nous at all, he'd sell the film rights" 2. Philosophy the mind or intellect.
Burnley haven't made any big transfers so other than injuries (I know they are bad) they really aren't that far in front of us. Boro have made some but could quite easily do a qpr. So as long as pappa puts a lead on Ehab and try's to sort this mess out we've still got half a chance. I'm in a glass half full mood today, the sun must have got to me
