Sat in the same seat in South Stand at BP for many years with all my mates.....but moved to Best Stand when they offered free kids passes for my lad.

It's a football game !!! I don't care which seat I am sat in, who the owners are or who the manager is

As I said before maybe having been starved from watching City for a while has given me a different view......or maybe I have the same view as before but I have not been tainted by all this Premier League bullshit.

No it will still be more expensive plus I will be sitting nowhere near where I want to sit.
Great way to treat loyal customers (fans)

You don't know me, nor my reasons for getting a pass this season and not previous seasons. My conscience is clear thank you.

Why do I need to know you. You either join and therefore support the scheme or you don't.
I have a number of good reasons to join also but I won't support this regime.

You accused him of just turning out to watch the big boys, but as I remember, there was a perfectly good reason for him not attending in recent seasons.

I completely understand why many are staying away, but there'll still be over 20k against Leicester, so I'm not sure those who are boycotting will be noticed until we're relegated and all the Premier League fans disappear again. I'm also pretty sure that having a go at other fans who are still going to attend, for whatever reasons, is not going to achieve anything either.

Well you can't lose either way,as a corporate you don't have to make a decision. However as someone who is obviously against the Allams and the scheme I surprised you aren't in favour of showing dissent.
You will only see big crowds at the big games, wait till West Brom & Bournmouth turn up then you will see what happens.
What a shame long term real supporters are driven away but according to you it doesn't matter because the Premier League plastics will replace us.

Think the self righteous chip on your shoulder needs a little salt, pepper, spice & munching. Free yourself.

I'm pretty sure that isn't what he said
I've not renewed, I chose not to go to Wembley either. However I won't slag anyone off who does choose to go.
Nothing's black and white, people have lots of influences and lots of reasons
I hope they sell up and go, and I'm all for protesting, but the worst thing that could happen is that City fans become even more divided. The red card protest last season showed that there was a consensus amongst most fans, so let's just respect people's decisions regarding whether or not they go to see City play.

Bit unfair that, IF you could get everyone to boycott that would be great but its not going to happen. I only hope that there will be enough of the so called hooligan element going to the games and making a noticeable protest, because you know how the Allams will spin it if not.

That's not what I said at all.

You give up loads of your free time for three years fighting for something you believe in and hope benefits your fellow fan, then you stop and five minutes later you're being slagged off. <doh>

I wasn't slagging you off,far from it I know how much effort you put in and your views, I was just saying I was surprised you seemed happy to support someone joining the scheme that you yourself decried.
Each to his own I guess.

It seems that the Premier League have definitely rejected City's pricing policy and are insisting on concessions being introduced, Leicester are getting the right hump that they're not able to start selling tickets yet.

Something's going to have to give soon.

Any other club playing the reigning champions would have sold out long ago. Which wouldn't have been very hard as most would have sold all their passes meaning not many having to be sold in addition for a sell out.
Yet we have people defending the Allams and considering a near sell out, to them the same thing as a sell out and good enough for them, of one of the smaller grounds, as some sort of achievement.
It is quite possible if they have good seasons that teams in Div 3 and 4, Bradford with 17,000 season tickets sold, Sheffield United and Portsmouth could have bigger crowds than we have for some Premier League games.

It seems the Allams are absolute experts at pissing everyone off. Sky, FA, Hull City Council, fans, Radio Humberside, HDM, perspective buyers.

I wouldn't buy a marine generator off them if they were the last marine generator manufacturing outfit in the world.

So you expect every other team in PL to sell out when they play Leicester at home? Also any cup games?

I'm not making excuses for our barmy lot, but that's a little bit of a stretch, or just selective nit picking.

If they weren't untrustworthy, greedy, ignorant & stupid it may well have not been our current owner's problem to solve despite it being all of their making.

    Good.

One way or the other, this is good news.

You got any sources you can share for this? Not doubting you, probably cos I hope it's true, but it would be nice for confirmation.

I said other clubs would have sold out for an opening match against the reigning champions. Never mind one which had just been promoted to the PL. I didn't mention every other game against them. Though most will.
I never mentioned the FA Cup.
It seems as though a nit is doing a bit of selective picking.

I was asking you questions, for confirmation.

Not sure why you'd expect any club to sell out simply because their first games against Leicester.

Yup, I'd like to see us sell out all games, not going to happen. Even the clubs that do appear to, don't, as people have seats they don't turn up for.

There's plenty wrong with and at our club without this type of selective "it makes us look small time" type posts.

It's connected to another issue, so I'd best not, but I'll post more details when I can.
