Stratford 3.55 Absolutelyfantastic 7/1 Won this last year off 110 and runs today off 105. Similar conditions. Wouldn't be a surprise if this has been the plan for a year given how awful all his runs have been since. 7/1 suggests the cat is out of the bag. Killarney 5.10 Supreme Vic 3/1 Won the other day when well backed. She doesn't owe me anything after that and the quick turn around means they are trying to take advantage of a very lenient chase mark. She won very well the last day albeit i don't think it was as easy as racing commentators would have you believe. If she's turned around nicely and can replicate she'll win but the fast turn around is a question mark. Two win bets and an each way double. See you next week chaps.
Good luck Bob. Couldn't help notice one in it which was a favourite phrase of an old boss of mine. If he ever went by and you weren't looking busy all he would say was "come on, time is money" I hope he doesn't upset the apple cart today as Absolutelyfantastic will be the money today all going well
morning men starboard 10 I also like Supreme Vic will double it wth Steamboat Bill I've changed my allegiance to Willie and Ruby. not saying I won't be backing them but I'm now Elliot/Cooper/Kennedy man' (Jack looks the future) Ruby looks tired already and I'm not keen on his riding style. seems to leave it till last furlong then trys to find something special (they ain't all RRs mate) Stay Frosty
Paul Nicholls has 3 at Newton Abbot today so will do a straight treble paying 20/1. Also like SCHOOLBOY ERROR in the opener.
15:45 Newton Abbot - Mr Lando (Been fairly busy in 2016 without winning, but decent form since May although disappointing LTO. Well-backed on one or two occasions. Has a chance in this event for a stable that is in form atm. Going and distance look ideal).
3:00 Redcar - Lord Rob 14/1 ew I have backed this horse on a couple of occasions including last time out when it placed at 100/1. If and that's a big if, it comes on from that run then 14/1 could be a massive price and I'm willing to take a chance on it. Outlaw Torn 11/1 runs in the same race and could also be in with a shout so two singles and reverse forecast. My only other bet of the day is Bob's double I think they both have a cracking chance
Tipp 2.55 Steamboat Bill win 11/4 3.25 The Fitz Lad 15/2 Ew 4.35 All the Sevens win 9/2 Redcar 3.35 Bond Bombshell win 4/1 4.55 Mapping Time 8/1 Ew
Gordon Lord Byron 16/1 clearly not the horse it once was but still got to be worth a small ew at that price
Went win in the end was only sticking £5 on it so didn't see point in ew. Didn't watch the race what's the stewards enquiry for? Am I likely to end up with a loser?
Excellent Smokey. Shouldn't concern you the enquiry. Gordon was impeded by Toscanini, I feel it may be the 4th/5th who is trying to be promoted. There will be no change.
